Dorothy & Company

I was looking to create a steampunk-version of Oz. I tried to keep the look of everything between 1890 and 1910. I worked on each character separately and finally composited the image together in Photoshop. It took probably 5 days. Obviously, I hand draw everything, since my work lacks the sophistication of a CG image. I scan an image and use the Auto Trace feature of Illustrator to make it a little nicer before painting it in Photoshop. I'd like to maybe receive a little more training so I can improve my work.
