Machine Maiden 2012

This is an illustration I had the pleasure of drawing as a guest for Sousuke Nanatsuki’s doujinshi sold at COMITIA 102 held in November 2012. The theme is a “mecha girl,” so I wondered how to style it, but I daringly expressed a machine with wings on its back. Though I didn’t think much about a detailed setting (lol). Other than what I’m obligated to draw, which includes white hair, mecha, and steel restraints, I draw the Machine Maiden Series with the feeling of leaving how to view it up to the viewer’s imagination. I’ve been privileged to draw for a long time as a doujin artist, and I had a lot of fun drawing this.
