Marduk

Marduk was the patron god of Babylon and the national god of Babylonia. Originally, he was just a god of thunderstorms. After the passage of time, however, he came to be considered the supreme god, having 50 names, one for each of his myriad powers. Despite this, the Babylonians simply called him "Bel," meaning "lord." Normally, he was depicted with stars on his robe. However, I saw flowers used as a motif in Babylonian art and decided to embellish his robe with those instead.
