Potato Salad Baby Bird Nest + Saving a baby mockingbird

Have you guys had Chinese raw potato salad before? Don't worry, it's not really raw. It's just a crunchy potato salad 😄. I was inspired to make this recipe by a little baby bird I rescued (see the video)!

I made this video a month ago when it was super hot, and then I had the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH every 20 minutes on my PC 😱. I had no idea what to do at first, so I spent two weeks Googling and learning how to fix it. Finally, I figured out there was a problem with the graphic card that I recently bought to speed up my editing time 😞. I sent the video card back to get a replacement. Hopefully it will work and help speed up my video editing next time.
