Creator Interview
How did you get into drawing?
I have been drawing since as long as I can remember. I was told that I was able to grip a pencil at 1 year old. I was a child who enjoyed staying in and drawing even more than playing outside with friends. Even now that I'm an adult, this hasn't changed.
How long does your work take to create?
I don't know concretely, but I can go as fast as one week from the rough to the finished work. The shortest was three days. On the long end, it can take two weeks to one month if I work on it on and off.
When do you come up with ideas for your work?
Many of my works have a plant motif, so I draw from seeing the change in color of leaves in my neighborhood or smelling flowers. There are also times when I think up an image while I listen to music.
