Moshi Moshi !

もしもし !
Moshi Moshi is a very commonly used phrase. However, people only use it on the phone.
I repeat, you only use it if you are calling or being called by someone. Its translation to English is something like "Hello!" or "Hi!". Of course, the phrase Konnichiwa / こんにちは also means "Hello!", but while Moshi Moshi usually being used on the phone, Konnichiwa is used when you are actually meet someone face to face :)
