This costume was made for Doe Deer creator of Lime Crime Cosmetics She wore this at the make-up trade show IMATS. I created it to match Traci Hines AQUATÆNIA mermaid. This costume is VERY much inspired by Queen Serenity's gown from Sailor Moon with a twist of Mucha jewelry.
