    Creator Q&A

    Q. How did you get into drawing?

    I was influenced by artists around me. They would make original characters comprised of elements they liked and “poster girls,” so I decided to start making them too. I was told by friends who actively created original works, “If you try it (you’ll enjoy it) and they’ll be no going back!” and when I started it really was like that. lol

    Q. What are you particular about in your work?

    I’ve only noticed this a bit, but I draw with the thought that I don’t want my art to be forgotten.

    Q. How long does your art take to create?

    I’m always working on multiple projects at once, so I don’t accurately know, but one illustration tends to take upwards of two days. Sketches take about 2–3 hours.

    Q. When do you come up with ideas for your work?

    I’m struck with inspiration at various times - listening to music, taking a bath, on a walk, appreciating art like movies, while writing, etc.
