Special Announcement: “Sound! Euphonium” Movie & Sequel Greenlit!

Kyoto Animation announced the film Gekijō-ban Hibike! Euphonium ~ Kitauji Kōkō Suisōraku-Bu e Yōkoso~ (Sound! Euphonium the Movie: Welcome to the Kitauji High School Concert Band) to many elated fans at the KyoAni & Do Fan Days 2015 event on October 31, 2015. The film is to be a compilation of season 1 of the television anime, which depicts Kitauji high school concert band’s road to the prefectural competition with hopes of moving on to the national stage. Also announced is the sequel to the television series that will depict the events after the original first season! Perhaps the most intense anime you will ever watch featuring high school concert band, if you haven’t had the chance check this anime out yet, we most definitely recommend it!
