Tickets are now available for upcoming anime convention CharaExpo USA 2018!
Sponsored by Bushiroad, the convention will be held on Nov. 10 and 11 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
Attendees will be treated to concerts by three bands from the popular multimedia franchise BanG Dream!: Poppin’Party, Roselia, and RAISE A SUILEN. The occasion means something extra special to Roselia and RAISE A SUILEN, because it marks their first performances ever in the United States!
Other exciting pop culture activities that con-goers can participate in are live talk shows, plus a star-studded meet and greet that promises face-to-face interactions with 30 entertainers! The lineup includes voice actress Aiba Aina ( BanG Dream! ), Bushiroad founder Kidani Takaaki, voice actress Kudou Haruka ( Bungou Stray Dogs ), and many others.
Traditional aesthetics certainly has its charm too, though, which is why CharaExpo USA will host Japan Park L.A., where visitors of all ages can experience culture, food, souvenirs, and more from Japan's diverse prefectures.
This convention will also be the first event in the United States for Lion’s Break Project 1, which is managed by professional wrestling promotion New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
Those who want to show off their skill in their respective trading card games are also welcome, with an area designated for the most popular titles in Japan. In addition, Bushiroad will be holding their Bushiroad Championship Series at the convention.
And of course, as with any good con, an abundance of event goods and other items straight from Japan will also be in good supply.
