TOM Premium Terms and Conditions
You can cancel your next membership renewal from your TOM Premium Membership dashboard, but will lose access to all present and upcoming benefits for members after your Membership expires.
This will prevent any new charges from being issued for your Membership and it will expire automatically.
To stop auto renewals, please visit your dashboard and click the "Cancel Upcoming Renewal"* link and finish the cancellation process.
Memberships redeemed as a “Gift Membership” are not refundable, but may forfeited for the equivalent amount in points credit.
CANCELLATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Confirmation email explicitly states that your "Auto-renew" status has been turned "OFF".
If you do not receive this email, please know you may still be liable for auto-renewal charges.
UNLESS YOU YOURSELF HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CONFIRMED YOUR CANCELLATION FOR AUTO-RENEWAL THROUGH THE ABOVE CANCEL PROCESS, OR YOU HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM TOM STAFF THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL STILL BE SET TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE USING THE ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND(OR) BILLING AGREEMENT REGISTERED.
If you join TOM Premium through an order, requesting cancellation of said order will not cancel your current TOM Premium membership cycle. It will only request a cancellation for products in the order, which will be refunded by a member of the Customer Support Team separately. A full cancellation of your order will not cancel your Membership.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED ONCE PROCESSED.
Refunds shall not be provided for switching to another billing cycle in the middle of your current cycle. Members receive prorated credit points for any days left of the unfulfilled membership.

Benefits not strictly stated on the above page or your user dashboard may be granted at the discretion of Tokyo Otaku Mode.
No benefits other than what is listed on the above page are guaranteed to TOM Premium members.
In no case shall TOM grant the members’ service requests such as price matching, retroactive sales value application, pre-order cancellation, or other requests which are against general TOM Shop policy.
The TOM Shop may exclude products from Premium benefits at our discretion.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse Membership at our discretion.
You may not transfer or assign your Membership or any benefits of the membership across accounts.
If your account does not renew promptly within your stipulated billing cycle, you will lose all ongoing renewal benefits to your current Membership.
Fees and Renewal
The Membership join fee for TOM Premium is stated clearly on the join/checkout page before purchase.
You authorize us to charge any required membership fees at the time of joining, as well as when required to switch immediately to another billing cycle.
All memberships with the exception of “Gift Memberships” are set to auto-renew at the end of the membership period, including free trials.
You will not be notified that your free trial period has ended or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. Your registered payment method will be continued to be billed in accordance to your billing cycle for your membership fee until you cancel.
Auto renewals will be processed 7 days before your Membership is set to expire. You can check your TOM Premium membership page for the exact date of your next renewal.
Please note that auto renewal dates are provided well in advance, and renewal payments are non-refundable.
“Gift Memberships” shall be defined as a membership purchased by a TOM member and sent as a gift to be activated by the recipient of the gift.
