Collaboration Confirmed with FOVE Eye Tracking Virtual Reality Headset, FOVE 0!
FOVE, Inc., headquartered in the US, has announced a collaboration between the FOVE 0, its Eye Tracking Virtual Reality Headset currently available for pre-order (estimated to ship in January 2017), and the movie Sword Art Online the Movie -Ordinal Scale- (releasing in theaters nationwide in Japan on Feb. 18, 2017).
With the FOVE 0 on, you will be able to enjoy a range of FOVE content explained to you personally by Asuna as you make natural eye contact. With its special user interface utilizing “eye communication” technology, the FOVE 0 allows Asuna to react to the user’s gaze, blushing embarassedly if you continuously gaze at her, getting upset if you don’t pay attention to her when she’s explaining something to you, and more! Thanks to the FOVE 0’s eye tracking technology, you can enjoy communication with Asuna as if you were truly in the same space.
