His fur is a really beautiful charcoal that shines with the newness of every plush toy. I love his little stubby legs and his kerchief. That he is shaped like a log just makes hugging him even better. (He guards my Alpacasso) Amuse never fails to create huggable plush toys and this one definitely delivers.

This line of Rilakkuma items offers a more mature side to the Rilakkuma franchise; not to mention the faux candle wax seals make your letters look so much more official. Ha.

I love all things Mamegoma, and this stamp set is perfect for my letter-writing and organizational needs.

What made me fall in love with this theme are the soft colors and the ribbons. Not that Pote Usa hasn't always had soft colors, but the muted neutrals in this theme are just so irresistible! I bought Pyontan and Bunny-lappy and they match so well side by side. The blush on their cheeks are a wonderful finishing touch. The ribbons are sturdy; the signage some kind of thin pleather/thick paint affixed on a thick felt backing. I don't see any way one could peel it off without intentionally taking an Xacto knife to it. The plush toys I received are once again in such perfect condition. I only wish I had more room to buy the whole set.

The first time around, I was only able to buy Kantorin because Milk Tea-chan was sold out (cry). When Kantorin arrived and I got to experience for myself just how soft he was, I knew I had to get Milk Tea-chan. These plushies were made in such a way that they have this perfect balance when they're in one's arms. It's magical. In short, they are very very huggable. Amuse always has such great plush toys. ;0 ;

So I was really happy TOM restocked this theme. I was able to get Milk Tea-chan and now she and Kantorin are united. ♥

As a casual admirer of pinnipeds as well as a lover of all things cute, it is a little difficult to find plush toys or merchandise regarding seals that match the criteria of being 1) a seal and 2) cute. Gomappy matches the criteria. These plushies are super adorable and soft . They are not as round as Amuse's Gomarachi but they feel just as great to cuddle. I would say they are just right, actually; they're big enough to be pillows. Their tiny arms and feet are their winning feature: absolutely adorable. All in all, they are a wonderful addition to my growing seal army.

..and while indeed it is unnerving to some, hugging these brings one comfort instead of unpleasantness. The ears are good to play with for one with anxiety issues/restlessness and need something to keep their hands occupied while sitting at the computer. Since receiving my Chappy two or so weeks ago, he has been a great (and durable) help.

Because of the way they're made (lying down), they fit right in my arms. They're not too big nor are they too little that hugging them while sleeping cuts off any circulation. Jan-kun is a perfect sleep-aid snuggled up against my chest while Coron nuzzles my hair next to my pillow. Precious and maybe unfortunate Yukimaru has a special place of honor being among the smaller 'jumbo' set. All in all, a great set!

I bought the whole set while it was on sale, fully knowing that while it is labelled 'jumbo' it is smaller than the 'big' size plushies. Let me just say that these guys are a perfect accessory to existing 'big' size plushies. They have enough balance no matter which way you arrange them that they can stack on top of anything. Currently they are dogpiling my bigger Yukimaru and it's a pretty hilarious and stress-relieving sight to come home to after a long day of work.
