I didn't expect much out of tokyo otaku mode since I've never ordered from them, but once i received the package i was impressed by their packaging and speed of the order. I love having non dent boxes for my figurines, so when i saw the big box delivered i couldn't believe it was just for the small order i purchased. They used paper on the bottom and top to prevent from it moving, and double layer bubble wrap on the figurine. I couldn't believe how well they treated the order, so 5 out of 5 stars for me!.
