Kagerou Project Merchandise

Kagerou Project is an umbrella term given to a mixed media project created by Jin (Shizen no Teki-P) originally as a Vocaloid song series. Becoming a smash hit with the very first song “Kagerou Daze” which has amassed over three million views on Japanese video sharing site Nico Nico Douga, the project has since gone on to produce light novels, manga, and anime.

The franchise is centered around the Mekakushi Dan which is a group of teenagers who each possess strange eye-related powers. The story begins as hikikomori and computer enthusiast Shintaro Kisaragi is forced outside to buy new equipment only to have the store suddenly invaded by armed robbers who take him hostage. Here he meets the other members of the Mekakushi Dan including: Kido, Seto, Kano, Marry, Momo, Ene, Hibiya, Konoha and Ayano.
