She might be thought of as weak, but actually she's exceptionally strong by fairy standards! Cirno is the mischievous and notoriously dopey ice fairy from Touhou Project, fondly known as Nine-Ball by her fans, who has appeared throughout the series as a boss in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom, Double Dealing Character, and Impossible Spell Card, and as a playable character in Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Touhou Hisoutensoku. Her enthusiasm and self-confidence mean she definitely won't back down from a fight, even when all other (perhaps smarter) fairies would admit defeat.
