The sixth Angel from Rebuild of Evangelion has become a full-blown crystal piece of art!
This impressive-looking art is modeled after the mysterious sixth Angel, who appears in the movie Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone. This piece expresses the sixth Angel in his characteristic, perfect octahedral form (there may be individually differences between items of up to 2 mm). Furthermore, sculpted by the Otaru Taishou Glass Palace, the crystal’s interior has been painstakingly crafted, with the sixth Angel’s core crafted using laser machining.
Otaru Taishou Glass Palace is a glasswork shop that was set up after the Natori Takasaburo in Otaru, which was built in 1906, was remodeled. The shop was established during the 1910s and 1920s and created beautiful art by mixing the styles of Art Nouveau and traditional Japanese. This technique has been handed down, and they currently focus on selling Japanese-style glassware.
