Regarding Our Expected Shipping Schedule

Thank you very much for supporting the "Sword Art Online Scarf & Beanie: Kirito & Asuna" Project!
We are happy to announce that the project is on schedule, and we expect to have the rewards shipped out near the end of October.

The rewards are currently expected to arrive at our Japanese warehouse around October 25, 2017. The rewards will be shipped out after passing quality inspection, and you will receive a notification email after your reward has been shipped.

Your reward will be shipped to the address you have entered when you backed the project. To see your shipping address, please visit your My Projects page on the Tokyo Otaku Mode Projects website.

If we receive any information from the manufacturer about possible delays, we will send out another notification email to all backers before October 27, 2017. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you live outside Japan, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 or 4 weeks depending on your country and region. As international shipping from Japan to Mexico was temporarily suspended due to the earthquake, there may be delays depending on the service status of JP Post. Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
