In August 2016, TOM Projects produced a paper-tape music box that can be enjoyed through both sight and sound using the music of “I am Setsuna,” a game lauded for its music.
We received many comments from fans stating, “I’d like to enjoy more of the music from ‘I am Setsuna’ as a music box.”
Both the story and the music of “I am Setsuna” remain indelible in one’s memory.

The “I am Setsuna” Music Box is Restarting Production
Along with this project, we are re-releasing the “I am Setsuna” Paper-Tape Music Box that plays the score for “Winter journey’s tale.”
The package was designed as an homage to the SNES, and it will remind you of the excitement you felt when you first bought and opened a game.
The 5 songs chosen by fans will be released in a collection for a paper-tape music box.

Inspired by “Chrono Trigger,” a famous video game that has been loved throughout the ages, Project SETSUNA released “I am Setsuna” as their first product. It is an homage to the masterpieces from the golden era of JRPGs. It begins with Setsuna starting her journey to save the people of her village, prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice.
As the convoy heads to the furthest ends of the earth, you visit various towns, prepare equipment, and defeat savage monsters.
This game has it all: creating a party, shopping in town, fighting through dungeons, strong enemies that give you a hard time, and finally, your tears at the end. This is a resplendent RPG that never gets stale.

Tokyo RPG Factory is a studio that develops JRPGs. They created “I am Setsuna” as the first product of Project SETSUNA in February 2016.
They announced that “LOST SPHEAR,” the second product of Project SETSUNA, will go sale on October 12, 2017. (Slated to go on sale overseas on January 23, 2018.)
“LOST SPHEAR” is a neo-traditional RPG for all RPG fans. It has a fleeting, heart-rending story; individualistic yet charming characters; a strategic battle system based on Active Time Battle 2.0 that includes an element of movement; and a high level of freedom for customization. It is based on traditional RPGs fused with modern gameplay.

Tomoki was born in Osaka, Japan, and lived the majority of his youth in Sydney, Australia. During his time in Sydney, he began taking piano and composition lessons at the age of 14. He studied piano under Ms. Gibney, and composition with Trevor Pearce and William (Bill) Motzing at the Sydney Conservatorium, University of Sydney. In 2011, he was selected as one of the 8 composers to be a part of the ’Composer’s Institute' at Berklee College of Music.
In 2011, he debuted as a video game composer at the age of 16. f In 2016, he worked on the soundtrack for ‘I Am Setsuna’, a new JRPG game developed by Tokyo RPG Factory and published by Square Enix.
