TOKYO GAME SHOW 2015 : Tokyo Otaku Mode Live Stream Hut

Tokyo Otaku Mode (TOM) proudly shares Japanese pop culture content with the world, and as a media partner of Tokyo Game Show (TGS), will be live streaming from the event for overseas fans! Throughout the weekend of TGS, we will be hosting multiple events--from talk sessions to game showdowns--featuring pro gamers, popular game creators, and more! Tune in to TOM's live stream to view all these events as well as reports of all the goings-on at TGS!

TOM will be live streaming from our studio in Hall 10 (set up as a traditional Japanese-style room!) during both Public Days of the event (Sept. 19 - 20). If you’ll be in Halls 9–11, be sure to stop by the Tokyo Otaku Mode Live Stream Hut!

Japanese pro gramer Momochi is the champion of the Capcom Cup in 2014, and the winner of the Evolution Championship Series for Ultra Street Fighter IV in 2015. He is a member of the Evil Geniuses eSports team.

ChocoBlanka [Guest]

ChocoBlanka is the first female Japanese pro gamer in the Fighting Game genre, and the first female tournament champion for GodsGarden. She is also a member of the Evil Geniuses.

Atsushi Hashimoto is a renowned game developer and the director of the highly anticipated upcoming RPG, Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna (Project Setsuna). Mr. Hashimoto plays an active role in the Japanese game industry, known for being the director of Final Fantasy Explorers, planning staff for Kid Icarus: Uprising, lead planner for SaGa 2: Hihou Densetsu Goddess of Destiny, Battle Planner for Ash -Archaic Sealed Heat-, and many more!

Kyoka is the charming host of Otaku News on the Tokyo Otaku Mode YouTube Channel. Born in LA, Kyoka is bilingual in Japanese and English, and a big fan of anime and cosplay. She is also a finalist in the “36th HoriPro Talent Scout Caravan ~Next Generation Voice Artist Audition~.”

James Vance [Game Producer]

James Vance is the producer of Resident Evil Revelations 2, and various other game titles, including the 2014 remake of Strider, Lost Planet 3, and many more. He is currently part of the development team for Biohazard.

James Wragg [Game Producer]

Video game producer James Wragg from the UK works at Pyramid, Inc. in Tokyo, Japan. He is the Project Manager for the game Darius Burst: Chronicle Saviors. First playing Darius on the PC in 1990, 25 years later Wragg is now developing the latest iteration of the series.

Katsuhisa Ishikawa [Composer and Sound Designer]

Brand Manager of Taito Corporation’s “house band” sound team, Zuntata, Mr. Ishikawa has composed the sound effects for countless titles, including the Darius Burst series, Darius Gaiden, Metal Slug, Psychic Force series, and many more.

DoGameTV is a video channel that focuses on Japanese games and occasionally Western games too, broadcasting famous gamers and popular performers playing through these games and to. Pro gamers Momochi and ChocoBlanka are also members of the channel.

Toru [Cosplayer]

With 14 years of cosplay experience, Toru has worked at conventions and as a model. She also has experience in the voice acting industry. She is also active on Chinese video sites such as bilibili and has over 40,000 gameplay video views.
