Tokyo 7th Sisters Anime Movie Delayed to Spring 2021

Upcoming anime movie Tokyo 7th Sisters: Bokura wa Aozora ni Naru is now slated to open in early spring 2021.

Although the premiere was originally set for summer 2020, it was delayed due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Adapted from the popular idol-raising game, Tokyo 7th Sisters is set in 2034, where idol groups have become a thing of the past.

The movie will feature idol group 777☆SISTERS as the main unit and add original story elements. 777☆SISTERS will also perform the movie’s main theme song, “Departures -Ashita no Uta-“. The song is included on their upcoming single "Across the Rainbow", to be released on Nov. 25.

Tokyo 7th Sisters: Bokura wa Aozora ni Naru is slated to screen in Japanese cinemas for a limited time only in spring 2021.
