Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens, the seventh and latest installment in the popular card game franchise, is set to air in Apr. 2020!
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens marks the iconic franchise's 20th anniversary. For the first time, it will feature an elementary school student as the protagonist, as well as "Rush Duel", a new duelling mechanism.
The series will be set in the near future, where large corporation Goha controls almost all aspects of life. Protagonist Odou Yuga, a student at Goha Seventh Elementary School, dreams of changing the rigid adult society by spreading a new duel rule he has created throughout the world.
Ishibashi Hiiro will make his voice acting debut as Oudou Yuga, while Yashiro Taku will play his classmate Kamijo Tatsuhisa, Hanae Natsuki will play Sogetsu Gakuto, and Kusunoki Tomori will play Kirishima Romin. Kondou Nobuhiro will direct with Bridge producing.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens airs in Apr. 2020.
