Popular smartphone game Fate Grand Order will be getting a new anime adaptation titled Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Maju Sensen Babylonia sometime in 2019.
To whet fans’ appetites, a new key visual has been released, featuring series heroine Mash Kyrielight (C.V. Takahashi Rie) with mascot Fou (C.V. Kawasumi Ayako) on her shoulder.
The new anime follows Demi-Servant Mash Kyrielight, who is summoned by Master Fujimaru Ritsuka when it is discovered that humanity will be wiped out in 2017. In order to prevent this happening, the pair must travel in time to take care of the anomalies which will eventually lead to the end of the world. The anime will adapt the Babylon arc of the game, which takes place in Ancient Mesopotamia where three goddesses threaten death and destruction by means of magical beasts.
Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Maju Sensen Babylonia will air sometime in 2019.
