Sword Art Online Season 3 Releases Second Trailer!

Sword Art Online: Alicization has released its second trailer ahead of broadcasts beginning this October.

The PV features both the series’ opening theme, "ADAMAS" by LiSA, and the ending, "Iris" by Aoi Eir.

It has been confirmed that the season will span four cours, adapting the Alicization Arc of the light novel series (volumes 9 to 18). The story will follow Kirito as he goes full dive in a fantasy-themed game only to wake up trapped inside and unable to log out while his memories of the pre-game world remain hazy. Wandering around looking for an exit, Kirito runs into an NPC with oddly human emotions as well as a strange girl with blonde hair.

Sword Art Online: Alicization airs from Oct. 6.
