Hibike! Euphonium ~Chikai no Finale~, the second original movie entry for popular anime Hibike! Euphonium, has announced its premiere for spring 2019!
Chikai no Finale is directed by Ishihara Tatsuya and will continue the story of euphonium player Kumiko, now a second year in high school, and her newer fellow club members. A new visual featuring these characters was released along with the announcement.
Originally a series of novels by Takeda Ayano, Hibike! Euphonium has received two anime seasons, which have also been screened in cinemas as compilation films. In addition, its first original film Liz und ein Blauer Vogel (Liz and the Blue Bird) premiered in Apr. 2018.
