Spring is all about new things - including a heap of new anime that can be previewed right here, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get pumped about old favorites, too! This season is loaded with long-anticipated sequels to established titles, meaning that it's time to get prepared and catch up, or simply have another few watches through your favorite anime. Ready to see what's in store?

My Hero Academia

We’ll start this list off right with Season 3 of massively popular superhero anime My Hero Academia. The return of Deku and rest of our favorite heroes (not to mention villains!) will begin airing on Apr. 7, and it’s expected to begin with the School Trip Art as classes 1-A and 1-B spend their summer at an intense training camp.

Tokyo Ghoul:re

Set two years after the CCG’s raid on Anteiku, things remain intense and dark with Tokyo overrun by ghouls in this Tokyo Ghoul sequel, which is to begin airing Apr. 3.

Shokugeki no Souma: The Third Plate - Toutsuki Ressha-hen

Season 4 of Shokugeki no Souma is sure to set stomachs growling again, having left off last year with not only a competition between cooking styles, but also a shocking revelation from one of the culinary greats. From Apr. 8, the new episodes will bring fans into the battle against the Council of Ten.

Steins;Gate 0

Having waited since the end of 2011's Steins;Gate anime, at last fans can look forward to its sequel, Steins;Gate 0! Airing from Apr. 11, and it reconstructs the game’s multiple routes into a single story.

Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory

Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory is the fourth anime of the Full Metal Panic franchise, and we’ll finally get to see Mithril and Amalgam facing off! Get ready for operations to begin on Apr. 13.

High School DxD Hero

Yet another long-awaited sequel, Season 4 of High School DxD will begin broadcasting on Apr. 10. This season is expected to cover the second half of the Heroic Oppai Dragon arc, a title that's sure to intrigue those who haven't watched it before!

Lupin III: Part V

Fans can welcome back the slick gentleman thief back Lupin III: Part V, but this time he'll be adventuring in a modern setting! This series will begin broadcasting on Apr. 3, and it will follow Lupin as he travels to France, the home of his grandfather and namesake.
