The very first live action film for Touken Ranbu has been announced and will be premiering sometime in 2019!
The film, titled Touken Ranbu the Movie, will be directed by Yakumo Saiji, with an accompanying screenplay Kobayashi Yasuko.
A handful of the characters making an appearance has also been announced, many of whom will be portrayed by the same actors of the stage play adaptations. Cast members revealed so far are as follows.

Wada Masanari as Heshikiri Hasebe

Hirose Tomoki as Uguisumaru
