Hara Tetsuo's Fist of the Blue Sky Continuation Starts Oct. 25!

Mangaka Hara Tetsuo will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of his masterpiece Fist of the North Star with a continuation of Fist of the Blue Sky!

Initially serialized in Weekly Comic Bunch from 2001 to 2010, Hara will be breathing new life into the series with his new work titled Fist of the Blue Sky: Regenesis. This time around, it’ll be serialized in Monthly Comic Zenon with Oct. 25 marked as the debut date.

Hara remarks that the story will touch on the death of a protagonist, with new opponents, armies, tough situations, and mysterious organizations all butting heads. Fate and sacrifice also seem to be themes of this new work.

The debut of Fist of the Blue Sky: Regenesis will also be met with the launch of the official Twitter and website, which will sport new anniversary designs.
