Marriage can definitely be a difficult venture. They say that couples should have good luck if they choose June for a wedding, but surely it’s mostly about picking a great partner, right?
A recent poll covered the ten best male anime characters to marry, but it’s only fair that we find out who the top ten female characters are, too! Thus we bring you the top 10 best female anime characters to marry~ (That’s right, this list is the top 10 waifus!) More than 1,913 people submitted their votes between May 26 and 29, but will your darling break into the top 3? First up, though, let’s blast through numbers 10 through 4!

While her motivations are occasionally questionable, she always tries to help those around her, and how could you not smile seeing that face every day?

Topping the list is Yuki Asuna of Sword Art Online, also known as Erika, Titania, Flash, or Berserk Healer. So many names! Not only is Asuna an incredible fighter and leader, but she’s also a phenomenal partner towards Kirito! She’s powerful and supportive, earning her a phenomenal amount of support in this poll and 1st place.
This list is sure to spark some debate, but there’s no question that many wonderful characters appear on it! Here’s hoping the debate will give us something fun to enjoy while we wait for the next list~
