The signature drink of the elegant cafe Seiyoukojiki in Okayama, this deep blue cream soda drink comes with a large helping of vanilla ice-cream on top, sculpted into the shape of a rose so beautiful it’s almost a shame to eat it!

From anone’s photos, you can also glimpse something of the unique cafe decor, which is filled with old fashioned charm from the brick walls to the numerous clocks and hanging lanterns. Seiyoukojiki has been a popular local spot for over 30 years and has remained more or less the same since it opened, serving not only cream sodas but Western-style breakfasts, bento box lunch sets, pizzas, pasta, and gratin dishes!
