Tsutaya is releasing yet another T-Card with some help from the upcoming Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale! From Feb. 14 to May 31, fans of the series can pocket a specially-designed T-Card for ¥500 in Tsutaya stores nationwide in Japan.
Main characters Kirito and Asuna make an appearance on the design as they begin to drawn their weapons. However, the main focus rests on an original character named Yuna, who will play an essential part in the Ordinal Scale movie! The design will also be featured on original tapestries that will be going on sale simultaneously.
Tsutaya is also holding a present campaign so that their customers have a chance to win a poster autographed by Kirito’s voice actor Matsuoka Yoshitsugu and Asuna’s voice actress Tomatsu Haruka.
The perks of the SAO T-Card will apparently be geared towards individuals who rent and buy certain goods at a frequent rate. Further details will be given on their website at a later date for those who are interested.
Finally, if you have a chance to pop into a Tsutaya store anytime after Feb. 4, you’ll find they’ve done a little decorating to celebrate the announcement of this collaboration!
