With the slew of anime turning into live action movies this year, there have been many anime fans in Japan taking to Twitter to beg that their favorite anime will not be "live-action"-ed. Unfortunately, prayers from Tokyo Ghoul fans were not heard.

Japanese Twitter user @khhff_kento purchased a copy of the Tokyo Ghoul manga and found on the obi, or the slip of paper around the manga screaming the announcement that "Tokyo Ghoul is Getting a Live Action Movie!". This quickly made rounds on social media and netizens are, needless to say, losing it.
