Fena: Pirate Princess Teases Theme Songs in New Trailer!

Fena: Pirate Princess, an original TV anime from Production I.G, has released a new trailer featuring its opening and ending theme songs!

Produced by renowned composer Yuki Kajiura ( Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Fate series) and performed by JUNNA, the series’ opening theme is titled “Umi to Shinju." The ending theme, "Saihate," is performed by Minori Suzuki.

Set in an alternate version of the 18th century, Fena: Pirate Princess follows Fena Houtman, a young orphan raised on an island of prostitutes after her father fell victim to pirates. Vowing to break free before she is forced to follow the path of those around her, Fena ventures on a journey to discover the truth behind the word “Eden,” one of the last words she heard from her father.

Fena: Pirate Princess airs in October 2021 in Japan. The English subtitled and dubbed versions will premiere on Crunchyroll and Adult Swim respectively on August 14, 2021.
