Khara has released a new 90-second trailer for its anime film Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time!
The trailer features emotional scenes and lines from the film set to Pachelbel's Canon, a piece used as background music in previous installments.
A new “goodbye” poster has also been released to mark the approaching conclusion of the film's run.
Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time is the final installment in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which began back in 2007 with Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone. Picking up in the aftermath of the Fourth Impact, the film follows Shinji, Rei, and Asuka as they find themselves stranded without their Evangelions in the ruins of Tokyo-3.
Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time is currently screening in Japanese cinemas.
