Anime movie Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato, has released a new trailer marking its May 10 premiere!
The latest trailer showcases the movie's main theme, “Sakase ya Sakase” by EGOIST. In contrast to the action-packed trailers released so far, it gives fans a look at the crew's daily lives, as well as energetic clips of their yosakoi dancing.
Set in a world where humans must protect themselves from corpses transformed by a virus into undead creatures called Kabane, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress follows a young man named Ikoma who becomes a Kabaneri - a half-human, half-Kabane hybrid. The movie picks up after the end of the original anime series as Ikoma and the others arrive at Unato, where they find themselves facing new threats from the Kabane.
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato premiered in Japanese theaters on May 10 for a two-week run, and is also available for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime.
