The 2018 version of Racing Miku is pulling into first place with a dynamic 1/7th scale figure manufactured by Good Smile Racing!
Based on an illustration by Kanzaki Hiro, the figure features Miku in an exciting pose as she hurtles toward the finish line. Even her adorably cheeky expression has been reproduced, gleefully winking and sticking her tongue out at all the slow coaches she’s about to pass on her way to a first place win!
The sculpt by Goodsmile’s Kataharaitashi fully captures Miku’s impressive muscle structure as well as the tiny details of her clothes adjusting to her energetic movement.
Miku’s hair also uses transparent material to complete the effect of her racing forwards.
She even comes carrying a 10th anniversary lance, matched by golden accents in her hair, on her boots and so on.
Racing Miku 2018 Ver. is available for preorder at Tokyo Otaku Mode ahead of a Nov. 2019 release.
