Ahead of its fall debut, the stage adaptation of Reborn! has released several visuals of the main character and announced additional cast members!
The original manga by Amano Akira was serialized by Shueisha in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2004 through 2012. The story is centered on Sawada Tsunayoshi, a young boy who is next in line to be the boss of a major mafia family, and Reborn, the titular hitman who serves as Tsunayoshi’s tutor and who is teaching him how to be a mafia boss.
Following Sawada and Reborn, visuals for six characters have been released.
As for the additional cast, Shiina Taizou will be playing Joushima Ken, Inagaki Seiya will be playing Kakimoto Chikusa, Hirayama Rino will be playing M.M., and Kawakami Shota will be playing Lancia. If that doesn’t get fans pumped, the visuals most definitely will!
Reborn! The Stage will run at Tokyo's Galaxy Theatre from September 21-30 and at Osaka's Mielparque Hall from October 3-6.
