New Pokémon Movie Visual Brings the Series to Life All Over Again!

Just ahead of its Jul. 13 premiere, Pokémon the Movie: Everyone's Story has released a breathtaking new visual!

Created by artist Shinomiya Yoshitoshi, the special illustration features not only Ash (known as Satoshi in Japanese) and Pikachu, but also five new friends spending their day in Fura City. Fans in Japan can look forward to seeing the visual around not only movie theaters, but also Pokémon Centers and Pokémon stores around the country.

Following I Choose You, the previous movie in the popular franchise, Everyone’s Story follows Ash's adventures in Fura City, where a Wind Festival is held once a year in honor of the town’s legendary Pokémon Lugia.

Pokémon the Movie: Everyone’s Story opens at cinemas across Japan on Jul. 13.
