Special My Hero Academia Origin Manga to be Distributed at Upcoming Film!

One million lucky fans going to see the upcoming film My Hero Academia the Movie: The Two Heroes will be gifted with a special manga!

Titled My Hero Academia Vol. Origin, the bonus manga is written and illustrated by the series author himself, Horikoshi Kouhei. Only the first one million viewers will receive a copy, which details a story that has yet to be told elsewhere!

It will also have a healthy amount of character data to enjoy, plus an interview between Horikoshi and One Piece author Oda Eiichirou!

My Hero Academia was first serialized in Jul. 2014 in Weekly Shonen Jump. In a world where most of the population have powers (or “Quirks"), protagonist Midoriya Izuku has always dreamed of following in the footsteps of All Might, the best pro hero around. Despite lacking a Quirk, Izuku is one day given an unexpected chance to pursue his heroic nature when he meets the legend himself.

My Hero Academia the Movie: The Two Heroes debuts in theatres in Japan on Aug. 3.
