With anticipation high for this summer's live action film Gintama 2 (tentative title), it has been revealed that a second drama of the same name will be coming out on dTV!
A number of cast members from the previous drama and movie will reprise their roles, including Oguri Shun as Sakata Gintoki, Nakamura Kankuro as Kondo Isao, Yagira Yuya as Hijikata Toshiro, and Yoshizawa Ryo as Okita Sogo. It was also revealed that Hashimoto Kanna will also join the crew as Kagura, which she celebrated with a unique teaser illustration!
The newly announced series follows the Mitsuba Arc drama released last year, and will again be directed and written by Fukuda Yuichi.
