Who Are Spring 2018's Ideal Female Characters For Female Fans?

With Spring 2018 anime debuts well over, it's a good opportunity to get down to business and think about all of this season's amazing characters. This part of Anime!Anime!'s poll asking fans to rank their ideal characters deals with female fans' favorite female characters, with male fans' results over here!

There were a total of 221 votes taken from May 3–6, with ties for 10th, 7th, and 2nd place. This means that a total of 12 ladies made it onto the list. Let’s see if your favorite is among them!

Tokyo Ghoul:re and My Hero Academia managed to take two places each, showing just how popular these iconic series are. Charming exchange student Teresa Wagner of Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai also ranked in, having achieved 2nd place in the male fans' vote. Who managed to triumph over all of these characters for the top places, though?

2. Mouri Ran, Detective Conan / Momose Narumi, Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii

There was a tie for 2nd place, with the first character being Mouri Ran of Detective Conan! With 7% of the vote, she wins hearts with her warm heart, karate skills, and devotion to Shinichi. Momose Narumi of Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii also made it to 2nd, perhaps charming fans with her hidden otaku side.

1. Koyanagi Hanako, Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii

Finally, in 1st place with 10% of the vote is Koyanagi Hanako (also from Wotakoi). They say it's tough for otaku in regards to love, but Hanako clearly has many fans in the real world as a secret otaku, despite her cold attitude to people besides Narumi!
