Official Studio Ghibli store and its clothing brand Closet by Donguri Republic will be opening a pop up shop in Shibuya's Tokyu Department Store from May 3–16!
A variety of clothing and accessories from popular works like My Neighbour Totoro, Spirited Away, and Kiki's Delivery Service will be on advance sale, all perfect for showing your Ghibli love in everyday life. They will also be available from June at permanent Donguri Republic stores.
Fans can pick up a selection of cotton T-shirts from Donguri Republic's casual American-style fashion brand GBL ahead of its regular store debut, each costing 4,630 yen (before tax).
Those who find themselves in need of a friendly face to protect their glasses can turn to these embroidered cases featuring characters from Spirited Away, and Kiki's Delivery Service, and Whisper of the Heart (1,800 yen each before tax).
Totoro may be of a formidable (and very huggable!) size, but fans will have no problem carrying him around with this tote bag. Other designs available are Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, and Porco Rosso (3,000 yen each before tax).
High quality Kiki's Delivery Service hand-embroidered abaca basket tote bags and pocket bags will be available for 19,800 yen and 9,000 yen respectively (before tax). Fans will also be able to get their hands on a design based on My Neighbour Totoro.
The Kiki's Delivery Service and My Neighbour Totoro selection continues with magical brooches and earrings.
