Fans can now own a digital figure of adorable demon maid Rem thanks to a collaboration between Nagatsuki Tappei's light novel series Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- and augmented reality app HoloModels!
The app (iOS only) utilises Apple AR technology ARKit, which makes it possible for fans to see Rem displayed on the screen before them with the view from the camera incorporated. Unlike some figures, owners can also control her facial expressions, poses, and even her size depending on the desired scale. Plus, at the press of a button, Rem will enter her Oni Form!
While the app itself is free, the digital version of Rem costs 3,780 yen (post-tax). For more information, visit the official website.
