Hatsune Miku Symphony 2017 was held on Nov. 29 in Tokyo, and it gave the audience a chance to hear their favorite Vocaloid songs backed by a full orchestra!
The night opened with "Mirai Jokyoku", the symphony theme song produced by producer Mitchie M. You can hear a short version of it below.
Following that, Hatsune Miku herself appeared on the big screen in honor of her 10th anniversary. Kagamine Rin and Len are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year as well, so there was a medley to celebrate the occasion, including songs like "Ievan Polkka" and "Nyan Cat"! The Kagamine duo's voice actors also marked the milestone with a video message, in addition to messages from various creators congratulating the three Vocaloid characters on their anniversaries.
Several songs from Sega Project Diva were also included in the musical lineup, and fans were able to enjoy the music while waving around glow sticks for support!
