The much loved gaming series Final Fantasy is celebrating its 30th anniversary next year with a special exhibition at Mori Arts Center in Roppongi, Tokyo, from Jan. 22 - Feb. 28 2018. As a preview, famous quotes from the history of the Final Fantasy franchise covered the walls at Makuhari Messe last weekend during Tokyo Game Show.
The exhibition's theme being “farewell”, the display at Tokyo Game Show featured a series of posters of famous lines from goodbye scenes in each of the 15 games in the series.
Black and white images of some of the characters from the games were also displayed alongside the quotes.
