On Aug. 8, Good Smile Company began accepting preorders for figures of Tachibana Taki and Miyamizu Mitsuha, the fated protagonists in Shinkai Makoto’s international sensation Kimi no Na wa. (your name.)!
Perfectly sculpted to match the iconic movie visual, Tachibana and Miyamizu wear curious and wistful expressions as they glance over their shoulders into the distance. Accurate detailing extends to even the pedestals; Tachibana’s matches the street, whereas Miyamizu’s matches a field of grass.
The pedestals are made to fit into each other, meaning seamless display for those who get both. Choosing to go that route is definitely ideal for sentimental Kimi no Na wa. fans, especially since it means Tachibana and Miyamizu will instead be gazing at each other!
Good Smile Company will be accepting preorders for these 1/8th scale figures from Aug. 8 to Sept. 6, which an estimated release in Mar. 2018. Display next to your Tachibana and Miyamizu Nendoroids for double the Kimi no Na wa. goodness!
