Hitorijime My Hero TV Anime Releases Key Visual & Long PV

The spin-off to Arii Memeco’s Hitorijime Boyfriend, Hitorijime My Hero is set to air this July and in anticipation of the series’ launch, the key visual and a longer trailer have been released and the official website has received another update.

Hitorijime My Hero is based on the manga by Arii Memeco, which is currently running in gateau. The series focusses on the relationships between four guys - teacher Oshiba Kosuke, delinquent with a heart of gold Setagawa Masahiro, Kosuke’s brother Kensuke, and his childhood friend Hasakura Asaya.

The key visual features the four main characters as well as Yamabe Tsuyoshi and Fukushige Mitsuru, plus the Oshiba family cat and dog. The accompanying PV features the show’s opening theme, "Heart Signal", performed by Hatano Wataru.

There will also be a special event held on 2 July with members of the cast and creative team. You can submit your questions via the official website until 11.59pm on 25 June.

Hitorijime My Hero airs on Tokyo MX from 8 July.
