Ever wondered what you’d look like as a Case Closed character? Well, now’s your chance to find out!
A new website called Conan Face Maker is encouraging curious fans to make use of their character generator! Scroll through endless options of face shapes, eyes, eyebrows, noses, mouths, and accessories to find out how creator Aoyama Gosho might have illustrated you! The choices available are rather impressive, with over 138 billion possible combinations!
Conan Face Maker was created to commemorate Aoyama and his recent breakthrough of having printed over 200 million copies of all his works worldwide. This includes other series of his, such as Magic Kaito and YAIBA.
A quick visit to the character generator will reveal that some choices are locked. In order to get those special choices, you’ll have to search through various magazines and apps for a specific password. Different places are offering different parts specific to an Aoyama series: Shounen Sunday has Magic Kaito, Sunday S has Cased Closed, and Sunday Webray has YAIBA parts! For those who are especially huge fans of Aoyama himself, no worries! Check out the official Conan app to score yourself some funky Aoyama portrait parts!
