Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS is gearing up to premiere in Japan on May 10! VRAINS is the fifth spin-off series of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, which first debuted in Apr. 1998. That’s right, it’s also been twenty years since fans got their first taste of Takahashi Kazuki’s card dueling show!
A photograph of the newest cast was recently revealed, alongside a helpful chart showing exactly who they’ll be voicing.
The cast is as follows:
Sakurai Takahiro (as Mysterious Creature)
Kimura Subaru (as Kusanagi Shouichi)
Sawashiro Chiharu (as Shima Naoki)
Hamano Daiki (as Onizuka Gou)
Nakashima Yuki (as Zaizen Aoi)
Yamamoto Shouma (as Zaizen Aki)
Kamakura Yuna (as Bessho Ema)
Takeuchi Shunsuke (as Revolver)
Of course, this doesn’t include the voice of the protagonist Fujiki Yuusaku, who was previously revealed to be Ishige Shouya.
The last interesting tidbit revealed was that the ending theme will be performed by the 5-man rock band -Ryoga-! However, with the premiere rapidly approaching, there’s sure to be other fun details you’ll want to know, so be sure to stay tuned!
