Ito Yui and Kimisawa Yuki will be reprising their roles as Sakura and Kakashi, respectively. Fujita Ray will be playing Yamato, the temporary leader of Team 7 and Kitamura Ryo will appear as new team member Sai, with Okada Ryosuke in the role of the Hidden Sound medical ninja Kabuto and Daigo Seshiru as Tsunade. In addition, Takarazuka actress Yuumi Hiro will also grace the stage as Orochimaru.
